Pros
Ive been at Weave for a while. I have seen lots of change. Good and bad. There have been lots of growing pains for sure, but as time is moving on I am seeing how things are working out. It's nice because sales reps who are new can come in and start killing it in the new model. There is no bias because there are no assigned SDRs or round robin. Leadership is approachable. They have come up with some great new methods that have made it so life isn't so stressful. Benefits are great. Compensation is about what it is throughout the valley. I think this can be hard though because utah valley has so many new tech companies that overpromise OTEs and as a result there are reps jumping from one company to another but I would say Weave is in the same area as 80% of the companies in the area.
Cons
If you don't like being a full sales cycle AE, then this isnt for you. This is a job where you dial 60% of your time and demo/close the other 40%. If you are just looking for a place for SDRs to feed you, then dont apply.
