Sinking Ship - Contracts Specialist Weatherford Employee Review

The culture here is terrible. No discernable corporate structure and absolutely no upward mobility. Even when people above you quit and you're forced to do their job to keep the ship afloat, you aren't compensated for it or even given praise for over-extending yourself. Benefits were severely lacking. Nobody held accountable and only the select few that actual care keep this place alive.
