There is an enormous opportunity to make change and everyone has a voice at all levels in the organization. This is the benefit of working for a young company with active co-founders as leaders and with high level of investment for growth. The brand is well known in the industry and has a leadership position.

Working in a young company is not for everyone. There is huge value on enthusiasm for the product and people around you. You can't just come to work to do one job, you will wear many hats and be called into various conversations across departments.
