Pros

There are millions of Pros, not every one can be mentioned here, a few which I admire the most are. Respect that we as an employee get from the hierarchy and upper management inclusive is admirable. Work life balance is one of the things that is rare to get in such an era, and I consider myself lucky to have this in balance here. Leaves - the day I joined, I was found Covid positive,I had to take leave and I offered to work within the sick leave period so the company's work can not be hindered, I was told upfront by my team lead to get complete rest for as many days as it takes, it felt like family not as an employer and employee relation. In house Growth - if you are dedicated and sincere toward your responsibilities then this is the place where it can be be valued. Apart from everything the chain of command here is so mature that they not only listen to your problems even they solve it with you side by side. Complete transparency, equal treatment, on time payment, what else can anybody expect to get. Write about Pros and leave Aleksandar Stanoikovich behind will be unjustified, Alex my reporting manager and operation head is the gem of a person, I have never encountered someone so cool in tackling the problems, and mature enough to understand you and bestow the responsibility that you deserve. I can proudly say I am doing my dream job here.

Cons

Whether it be an individual or an organization, if there are pros then definitely there will be cons. However, the only cons, I have experienced here in an year relation with the organization is that, we are the company that deals in automobiles and the world has seen the most epic component shortage in my time only, which is out of our hands.

Pros

Remote working, better basic wage than dealer environment, the people you work with on a day to day basis are great and supportive

Cons

The C suite members really let the company down. There is a severe lack of communication and organisation which is vital for a successful start up. Constant lies and over promising which leaves the team demotivated. They also refuse to spend on marketing so leads are low quality and they don’t receive the volume to make an impact. My advice to people thinking of joining the company would be to take all the negative reviews seriously, they’re spot on

Pros

The pay was good, but it's not enough to work at Wevee

Cons

This is the worst run company I have ever experienced. What I was told about the role in the interview was not accurate, and after 3 days of "training" I was given a list of years old leads and told to phone them. Leads that have been contacted multiple times by previous sales people, and who have zero chance of converting. There are absolutely no new leads, and I have no idea how WeVee is still around. There is no sales strategy, there are no internal processes, there is no focus on good customer service, and everyone is just fumbling around trying to do their best. You will be micromanaged into oblivion, and Paul Fagan will be calling you for hours every day, because I can only think he likes the sound of his own voice. The worst part of this experience is how Paul Fagan lied to my face in the interview process when I specifically asked about the high staff turnover. I was told that this person was on maternity leave, this person was on a "mental health break" etc. I even phoned the "maternity leave" employee, and he told me that it was a lie and that he had quit. His baby hadn't even been born yet. Bottom line is avoid this company like the plague and do not be tempted by the money. Also take note of the other reviews, because they are 100% accurate
