None. It is a startup company with no HR department. No benefits at all.
Cons
No HR department. No creativity. The boss is always right attitude. A bunch of noobs running this office. Very stupid excuse will be given when it comes to giving salary. And once you leave it, its like you have wasted your time. No experience letter will be provided since it takes time for them to process everything.
