Pros

The CEO promotes a culture that is low stress, embraces team work, passion and comradely. He has an open door policy and encourages feedback. His passion for the company is infectious and makes me want to try harder. We are able to work from home 2-3 days a week. Co-workers are always willing to help others, either customers, vendors or other-workers to get things done. We have a company wide off-site get-a-way each year which is awesome. As many said there is free lunch or breakfast several times a week. The company provides fresh fruit each week and encourages better eating habits.

Cons

The current office space is old, but the company is moving to a new high tech state-of-art building which will provide standing desks, bike desks and treadmill desks. Can't wait.

Pros

This company is full of amazing people to work with and the culture here is fun and exciting. There is always a new event to take part of where you can have fun with your coworkers. They also offer great benefits plan with paid gym membership. It's a small company where everyone knows everyone's name including the CEO and VPs. The CEO is an inspiring individual ready to motivate you and is known to schedule an impromptu meeting with employees just to discuss what's been going on behind the scenes. You also once settled in your position are giving a work from home day each week which provides for a nice break from the office environment.

Cons

The pay is rather low starting out, raises are far and few between, no bonus structure either while sales members make commission other departments are left clinching every dollar they earn. Most positions require additional working hours although again you are not paid for any overtime. You always feel like they are understaffed working you to the bone, but yes they are willing to pat you on the back for you're hardwork unfortunately praise doesn't pay bills.
