Pros
It is hard to say anything positive about the current situation at the Way Companies. The main office is centrally located which was convenient for the outrageous amount of mandatory meetings.
Cons
I was recruited to Way from outside of Houston and I was told I would have ample training since I was new to the HVAC industry. I was given almost zero training and my Manager was never available to coach me through their sales process. In addition, I was disappointed with the technical expertise of the team as my Manager had zero technical knowledge and he seemed to upset clients on a regular basis. I met with several current clients which clearly stated they did not want him on their site. Management at Way was aware of these issues and offered no solution to fix the issues. The sales incentive program was not favorable and several members of the sales team were shorted on their sales incentive.
