Stock If it’s the right store then management and morale is great Fast paced and lots of cool coworkers Pay is pretty good

Some stores just have bad management Bad development and play favorites And sometimes can be like a high school

Pros

As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

Cons

Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
