No rules when ever we want we come go, you can use any kind of language here, you can shout on anyone no one will take any action. CEO will ask to talk in stand up calls but when we start talking he only speaks so much that others won't have time to talk.

->Complete toxic environment ->Indian Development team leader don't help juniors, whatever designs he tells all gets denied and he just blames juniors in calls. -> Indian Development team leader mentions that your salary will not grow, you have to work day and night , do or die you need to complete task because it is start up. -> every single day in every call CEO comes up with new rules and I mean it every single day he comes with new rules. -> Team leader literally shouts in front of all if any mistake is done
