      Pros

      - Everyone shares a good rapport with each other. - Many overtime opportunities. - Management that tends to care about staff. - Amazing view of London. - Free breakfast / hot drinks / fruit. - In house Xbox One. - Regular social events. - Technical team gets voluntary after work "workshops" covering various topics, presented by senior staff. - You get your birthday off.

      Cons

      - Pay is something that many have complained about, however this is under review. - Can get stressful quickly and become overwhelming if not managed properly.

If you are still with the Wavex business, you will be aware that we have listened to our employee views on the pay matter as well and as a result, performed an extensive salary benchmarking exercise, led by external specialists in this area (in our industry) to ensure that we reward our employees at the right level.

      Pros

      - work life balance is pretty good - casual office, with lots of fitness types around - amazing location, in central Soho, London - like any family, there are good times... and bad :/

      Cons

      - some middle management choices are truly awful [ahem] - Sales direction was entirely misguided for a good while (not sure of current status) - Operations management continues to exhibit small mindedness, and doesn't relate well with staff - Technology & partnering choices are ill-equipped for the future SMB market

      As with most MSP's it's fast paced and very busy.
