Nice team members. Pays on time. Direct Deposit is nice.

Where do I start? There are so many cons The COO is not able to run the company. She is trying to get involved in every detail of every person's job. If you like a micro-managed work environment where every move you make is criticized and written up. I left because this is not a healthy work place environment. Too many better Plastic Surgery centers in LA. And work place atmospheres that are much healthier for employees. The operations manager just has her hands tied, and is just following the orders of upper management. I feel bad for her. She told me one day that she feels the same.
