Pros
The best pay in the area with only a high school diploma, best benefits package (for now), and you can find some pretty good people to work with.
Cons
Work/ life balance is TERRIBLE!! Management does not deal with problems adequately, especially if it creates more work for them or their friends. Promotions are based on the "buddy system" rather than performance in nearly every department. Benefits are shrinking and profit sharing is no longer provided for new employees. A very frustrating place to work if you're someone who truly cares about what you do and someone who tries to make improvements.
