You can work part time hours and earn and receive fulltime pay. It was a very friendly work environment to me.

I think the pay structure could be set up a little more to benefit the agents. Nothing really more than that there.

Super friendly and approachable team Beautiful, bright office area (newly refurbished) Big car park outside the building and on street parking if need be Workload is very manageable

Hours can be long but breaks are always promised and refreshments are always available and restocked frequently.
