Genuine people that care about others and their community. Is it perfect? No, but they are good to their employees and care about others. Pay could be a little higher but no micromanagement at all. Benefits are average.
Cons
Hybrid role vs full remote. Was called back to office 2 days a week but they are super flexible on what days you come in. If you live over 40 miles away, only one day. Need to increase pay to match Austin COLA
