Old school leadership. Micromanagement. Cowardice. No new ideas, any process developed beyond 1990 is shunned and stopped. No room for growth. Original thought discouraged. Dying industry. No new products. Waters unwilling to expand portfolio. Nepotism. Waters has slowly been taking away perks . No support. Leadership makes demands and cannot demonstrate what they want. Terrible morale. Aging leadership just holding on, not willing to change and jeopardize jobs before retirement.
