      Salário abaixo do mercado, não valorizam o estudo. Liderança insegura com mentalidade medieval de controla. Inversão hierárquica. Deslegitimação do subordinado, zero ferramenta de tecnologia para o trabalho. A cultura da empresa parou nos moldes dos anos 80/90. Fujam!
