large community, short staffed and extremely difficult to deal with residents and their expectations.

Worked with some lovely people. Assistant general manager is great; very personable and efficient. Never needed to stay overtime, decent benefits, beautiful location.

The General Manager who has worked there for almost 20 years is great a managing the complex, but terrible at motivating staff or interacting with residents. Almost no social skills. Rude, takes employees for granted, focuses only on mistakes, never celebrates victories, very sexist. Very, very little room for growth. Almost no performance-based raises.
