Pros

The company prioritizes personal connections, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Contributions are valued over background or education, creating opportunities for growth and recognition based on merit. WaterStreet encourages both independent skill development and internal career advancement. WaterStreet demonstrates social responsibility through local engagement.

Cons

Medical insurance is on the pricey side for spouse and family coverage. The company is moving back to a in office culture which can result in reduced work force to select new potential employees from. Salary could be much more competitive when compared to similar skill sets for positions through out Montana as well as the US. You must set the boundary of work/life balance it will not be done for you.

Pros

Supportive and hardworking coworkers. Great benefits for the area. Free lunch on Wednesdays and flexible work options. The overall culture outside of a few areas(see cons) is supportive and generally productive.

Cons

Work environment can be toxic and there is a clique mentality which targets certain employees if they say the wrong things to the wrong people. These issues are known to upper management and little effort is made to help or support the victims of this harmful environment. If employees express unhappiness or a desire for change in the workplace they are disregarded and considered disposable. In my time at WaterStreet, I have seen many employees express concerns and have rarely (if ever) seen those concerns addressed.
