Pros

Team and culture: I have previously worked in very toxic environments and I can confidently say that this is one of the best things about WatchMojo - the team and the culture. During my tenure, I have always felt well supported and I never found myself in the middle of workplace toxicity of any kind. Career development opportunities: I was given guidance and opportunities to explore different career opportunities and offered financial support as far as continuing education goes. The team trusted me with a lot of initiatives and let me take ownership of them, which I greatly appreciated. Work-life balance: The management team does listen to employees' feedback and make decisions accordingly. No rigid RTO rules, very flexible in terms of remote work (from anywhere). Overtime is rare (you could if you want to go the extra mile), great work-life balance overall.

Cons

NA, a lot of negative reviews here come from very different (or lack of) perspectives, since the company hires a lot of people fresh out of school with no experience.

Thanks, good/fair feedback. We tend to treat that more on a case-by-case basis to ensure those who "deserve/have earned" (for lack of better term) can get bumps sooner. But too often, we have writers/researchers with whom we stay committed to & patient and many other publishers would cut off... so it's a balancing act. But, noted. Thx. AK.
