Pros
The only pro is that the benefits are semi-okay. Certainly NOT worth the headache of putting in 90 days before they begin.
Cons
Where do I start? Small minded micro managers. Corporate is completely out of touch with the divisional level. The divisional leadership is pathetic. They care NOTHING about turnover rates and will happily tell you, if you don't like it, I'll show you the door. Forget about free time if you are salaried. You are expected to participate in every weekend event they sponsor or area part of. If you happen to be on the very short list of people they include in the inner circle, you can get away with pretty much anything. If not, be fully prepared to give your blood and sell your soul to this company. They pit employee against employee and anyone who has been there for any length of time will pick apart every single mistake you make because they fear for their own job. The company is laughable in thinking they are this big corporate empire, when in fact, they behave like small town hicks.
