      Pros

      It's a job with benefits.

      Cons

      They have no regard for DOT laws. They pay you a day rate and expect you to work until you get done, no matter how long it takes. If you get done at a decent time they just add more to you. Then you have supervisors with a CDL who preaches " what ever it takes ", but will leave a route on the ground before he will ever get in a truck.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Cons

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
