The few friends I made that have now all left and are thriving at other clubs or private sector companies.
Cons
Over worked and underpaid. They do not value Black employees. They will fire groups of people at a time around the holidays. They pay an outsourced company to hire within the ticketing department that favors those employees over long term staff. The executive staff has lost the plot severely. You will put in long hours and barely get recognition. They favor the same few individuals who will get promotions while others that have met their goals and worked to elevate the club won't get recognition.
