Straightforward discussion about experience, opportunity to discuss former projects, answered questions about benefits, work responsibilities, future progressions. One telephonic and one in person interview. Lots of open back and forth about the work and priorities.

This interview was a very informal interview process, scheduled a conversation after sending in my resume. To the point questions, almost to be expected questions, and the interviewer seemed to be disconnected from the conversation that we were having.
