      - The company was almost untouched by layoffs - Decent benefits - Fine level of specialists working there (poor management in WoT dev team though)

      Cons

      - The salaries are not very competitive - Old technologies and methodologies - People from core team work there for ages, and event though they know product well they don't know the market and tendencies

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      Cons

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
