      Holiday parties... Bonuses.... Incentives for not getting sick

      Cons

      If you are not married into the family or one of the favorites, you will not be promoted. You will be blocked from going anywhere. There is no more overtime. I once heard a manager talking about an employees personal life to other employees.

      - Decent pay for industry - Good benefits - Good employee involvement outside of the workplace.

      Cons

      - Very political the further up you get in the company. Can be difficult to manage at times. - High expectations for salary that can interfere with work/life balance.
