Pros
It is very easy to see that this company cares about its employees from the culture it has created. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved with the causes they support and get to know people throughout the organization, even upper management. The marketing team is great to work for if you are fairly independent. They don't micro-manage, which is great.
Cons
For those reviews that listed the hard work expected as a con, I think these people simply have the wrong perspective about the effort they should be putting in to their work. It is more fulfilling when you work hard!
