      Pros

      Enjoyed my interior team immensely and the people I interacted with in other departments. Enjoyed the diversity of projects we worked on - it ranged from hotel projects to office to government to restaurant. That was satisfying in that every project was very different.

      Cons

      Limited ability to move up or to improve skill sets other than learning from each project.
