      Pros

      Walser is very focused on growing its employees. Career Path is a topic often discussed, and career planning is a common practice. Corporate leadership is involved and personable, often times seeing Senior Leadership working beside employees at the store level. At Walser you feel like more than just a number. Great place to work.

      My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!

      Pros

      Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

      Cons

      Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
