Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your honesty and value all positive and negative opinions, as they provide valuable insights for improvement. We are sorry to hear you had encountered negative experiences with other members on our team. Our mission is for everyone to feel supported and respected, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We work very hard to ensure that our sales and service teams are equally recognized but sometimes different work groups don't always come together as seamlessly. In many cases it can be incredibly hard to walk in another work groups shoes as techs and sales can often be wired so differently. Despite the differences we do pride ourselves on being respectful. If there are any specific concerns or comments you would like to discuss further, we invite you to utilize our anonymous HR hotline. Alternatively, you can also reach out directly to Chief Human Resources Officer Sherry Schultz, sshultz@walser.com We are committed to addressing employee feedback and finding ways to enhance our work environment and we thank you for sharing your experience.

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
