Pros
- good pay - outside all day/stay in shape - learn a variety of skills including cutting, irrigation, mulching, bunker maintenance, etc. - free golf on Monday's!
Cons
- must be at work ready to go by 5:00am on Sundays - when I was there, there was a one dollar "bonus" policy in which case you would get a dollar for every hour you worked that summer at the end of your employment assuming that you fulfilled your contract (could be seen as a positive too, as long as you show up to work on time every day)
