Pros
Lots of greenfield work in a hot new sector. It's an early stage company, so each employee has tremendous scope to influence outcomes. Huge potential upside for ambitious people who want a big chance.
Cons
It's a small, fast-moving company, so this is not a place for people who just want to do the minimum and skate by. Every employee has responsibility. The product space / market is moving very fast compared to a larger company (both a pro and a con.)
