Cons
Very unprofessional company, with all the worst characteristics of a small business run by someone incompetent to manage people.
Employer refuses to honor agreements and changes terms on a whim, forcing workers into worse conditions.
They intentionally hire outside of their HQ country so that contracts - if they exist - are difficult to enforce.
Don't expect to be paid properly, either. Avoid unless you are desperate.
