I was treated very fairly, had extensive training, was considered a 'partner' throughout. Great staff discount for Waitrose and John Lewis. I had consistent shifts with flexibility.
Cons
Customer's expectations are very high, workload would be consistently busy, especially around holidays like Christmas. Weekend work was expected with limited negotiabilities.
