Pros
The product, no competition. Some of the people are awesome.
Cons
Senior Management is a disaster. So many turnovers, is like a revolving door. Is a lapse environment, at times lacks direction. The pay is below average for an IT company. You can't learn anything from the company, so the company tries to hire baby boomers, with experience. Benefit is ok.
