      Pros

      Great healthcare benefits with no premiums

      Cons

      Bonus system is terrible Pay is woefully inadequate for the work required Blame shifting and finger pointing is a huge issue. Project managers are overburdened and do not have time for a personal life. Cronyism is getting worse.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
