      very little front end support so up to tech to see things through and make it happen. Hard hat, vest, safety glasses, steal toe boots, polyester shirts to be worn at all times.

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
