Pros
The Electrical Integrations team at Wabtec was awesome to work for they where always willing to teach newcomers.
Cons
Don't have many cons as far as the team is concerned. Working with the union and some of the floor can be difficult because they have their only structure and completely separate teams and what work you can or can't do it highly stipulated by union contract.
