Wabtec offers good benefits. There are some great people working there. Building locomotives from the ground up is pretty interesting.

Pay is below average. There is no bonus plan for most employees. Company is lagging in technology development and this is likely to present challenges going forward.Internal business systems need serious updating and this poses another challenge going forward.
