Pros
They will hire almost anyone, giving individuals (entry level) opportunities that most other businesses would not. Vast array of job specifications allow "jacks of all trades" employees to excel.
Cons
Upper management does not value employees (other than employees that are of Guyanese decent). Management provide poor working conditions, often unsafe and against OSHA regulations. Corporate expectations often exceed realistic goal achievement. Managers often berate employees to rather than produce proper training and supervision.
