      People on the ground in the US are smart, savvy and fun. They’re excellent at their jobs.

      Cons

      UK leadership puts people in “leadership” roles in the US then ignores them and gives them no true decision making power. Extremely frustrating

      Working virtually from home !

      Cons

      Lack of management support. Lack of training Childish behavior / management talking about other employees to employees. Low compensation Poor moral High turnover Team in UK has preferred treatment over USA based teams.
