Pros
it was a good learning experience and nice people to work with. smaller teams meant i played an important part is the reports going out.
Cons
management seemed in flux at the time, so when problems arose it wasn't really clear if there was anyone to go to who could help. the hours were a lot, but nothing out of the ordinary for the position.
