Pros
1. Summer hours on every other Friday. ( 4 hour Fridays) from May to Sept. 2. If you are fresh out of college and need something for a couple month (internship) then this could work for you. 3. Will sometimes have happy hours and company outings. ( Beware of the people that get too wasted) 4. Monthly bday lunches
Cons
1. Company has many "prejudice" individuals even in management and have very little experience. 2. The company is located in a high crime area. There are shooting, robberies, and murders in the surround community. 3. They do not care about their employees. Will work them to death if they could. 4. You only receive 10 PTO day which also includes your sick days. 5. There is no real room for growth. 6. Depending where you sit in the office, you can have a view of a cemetery or parking lot. Matches the lifelessness in the office. 7. Turn over is very high! People do not stay here for long. Terrible stories about some of the reasons why people left or were fired.
