Too many mergers and no job advancement - Marketing WOW Tech Group Employee Review

Everything at WOW Tech is top notch: the products, the company values, the benefits, the work life balance... I could go on and on. The work feels interesting, important, fun because the sexual wellness/lifestyle industry has grown immensely in the past few years. It is an exciting time to be in sextech, and WOW Tech is definitely a leader in the space (because of the sexual wellness expert we work with, studies with doctors conducted, technological advancements, etc.)

The good news is, the company is self-aware and very much recognizes the areas in which it could grow and evolve. There is a disconnect between regions (mostly because of cultural differences and time zones), and the company is still working out the best internal processes for things like approvals and such.

A wonderful place to work. The people are enthusiastic and positive at what they do. Senior managements has an open door policy.

For the most part the company is awesome. One draw back that hopefully they have been able to overcome, make and keep production and delivery deadlines.
