They don't listen to their employees side they will always going to take there client side who makes fake allegations on there employees

They have the fixed budget 15 k and 17 k for their employees, and have hired and fire system in there company. They will make you work over working hours and never appreciate your work . They have there group of friends who are working in a company from 12 years and do politics with there employees never make mistakes joining this company. There is no work life balance .
