You do get paid on time and the recruitment process is not too bad

Micromanaged, treated like a number, no compassion shown when you are struggling and favouritism. You also have to come into the office 5 days a week, the office is basically a small room and the break area is even smaller.

The work itself is absolutely fulfilling and rewarding. Be a decent professional. Show up to your bookings. Stop finding excuses and wanting to get paid when you're not holding up YOUR end of the contract. It's so refreshing to work for such an honest client that pays on time. Their financial side is so performant it's actually mind blowing. -You do not even need to create your own invoice - it's done on their platform directly with a couple clicks - -Any jobs you forgot to invoice, they remind you -They pay every month. Yes. Every MONTH!! (definitely not the standard - if you know, you know!) -Any issue, they are one phone call/ quick email response away. I do LOVE working from them, so much so that I am seriously considering making interpreting my career. So forever grateful for this opportunity which was made possible thanks to India from HR/recruiting. A truly life-changing opportunity. Don't let it slip.

The pay is too low after you have gained significant experience- I hope they change the system so that the longer you stay with them, the more experience you get, the higher the pay incentive. Good to incentivise your loyal freelancers so you can be considered more than just a platform for gaining experience.
