Office is not the best. Expecting newer one but have been for around 2 years now. Some managers can be a bit micro-managey.

You do get paid on time and the recruitment process is not too bad

Micromanaged, treated like a number, no compassion shown when you are struggling and favouritism. You also have to come into the office 5 days a week, the office is basically a small room and the break area is even smaller.
