      They provide outsourced customer service for Allstate so they are quick to put you on corrective action that moves to termination. Also you work all major holidays

      The pay is okay. The benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Never give raises. Micromanaging. Bereavement pay is 2 days for immediate family. PTO is minimal. No opportunity for growth/upward movement.
