Pros
This particular NHS employer adopts a very easy going approach to its staff. You are treated like an adult and in return you feel compelled not to abuse the system. I found there to be a family orientated atmosphere
Cons
Can be a bit bureaucratic. There is an alarming culture of wast throughout the departments i worked for and at times it seemed as if people were just there counting down the days to their holidays
