Unprofessional boss and disrespectful - Project Manager WIW Roofing Employee Review

The boss seems very, very unprofessional. Discussion of the punishment of another employee and seeming proud to discuss in front of everyone (I was not this employee). The boss seemed to be talking down to you even in a meeting.
