Pros
I worked here for 5 years and had enjoyed my time learning and working on different technologies. I learnt many new technologies and improved on my existing skills. I did work in .Net platform and also learnt Angular while working on projects. I was always encouraged to try new technologies and acquire new skills. That has helped me a lot. I also improved on my communication skills that are always stressed upon by top management in the company. And to top it all I always got good salary increments annually. Leaving the company was just to explore more challenges outside.
Cons
Can't really say if these are cons. Team was small but that provided me enough opportunities to learn new things by getting my hands dirty. So if you don't like challenges then this might not be a place for you.
